Several years ago I bought a nail polish that came in a cobalt blue glass bottle on QVC. It was really a clear polish but had an irradenscence that made it almost as good as a French manicure.
I thought the name of the company began with a "B", but I could be mistaken. Does anyone remember this product? They obviously do not carry it any longer but it was great for a fast professional looking manicure.
