Is nail polish makeup?

My boyfriend and I had a bet that I can't go without buying make up for 4 months. I ended up buying nail polish, because that's not really make up, its a type of cosmetics. However he claims it is make up.


So do you think nail polish is make-up?

Reply:Was the bet for facial makeup or makeup period? If it was just for facial makeup (no lotions, tanners, etc), then you can get away with excluding nail polish. If it was for everything, then you probably have to include it. :)
