Nail Polish?

Do you have to be goth/emo to wear black nail polish? I so do not fit the bill for either of these styles, but I was wondering how weird/freaky I would look in black nail polish (I was considering wearing it). I think it looks kind of chic and cool. Would other people immediately label me as a sullen, moody girl? Please give me your honest opinions %26amp; advice! Thanks in advance!

no way, you definitely do not have to be "goth" or something to wear black nail polish. firstly, it is not goth at all. it is actually really trendy and I've seen celebrities in magazines and stuff wearing black nail polish. the style is to have short clean nails painted black. i do not at all think that you would be immediately stereotyped into one of those categories if you wore black nail polish. plus, black nails could probably fit fine into your current look, whatever that is. in conclusion, i think black nails look really cool, so i say go for it.

its a nuetral color. just like french tip but to me its a little more chic as you said and stylish.


as long as you keep your clothes colorful you shouldnt be labeled.
Reply:No every one wears black nail polish and it does not make you some weird stereo type. If you ever watch what not to wear that Stacy London wears black nail polish quite often, and she basically shuns goth wardrobe so....... yah wear it.
