When I polish my nails at home, why does my second coat never ever dry. I use good polish. I don't put too much on my first coat because I obviously need the second coat.

make sure you let it dry properly before putting th second coat on.I MEAN PROPERLY!if u dont it will stay gooey.u shud b able 2 scratch it(not too hard) an it shudnt *** off.also, if this dusnt work, try a nail dryer.there is the cutest monkey nail dryer at www.thisiswheretoshop.com or www.halfmoonbay.com for £5.00
