is 25 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees cooked enough for fresh polish sausage? I don't have a thermometer. The outside looks grey and the center is still a little pink. When you prick it with a fork juices sizzle out

Reply:most of the time they come fully cooked so really alls you have to do is heat them through
