I know that really dark polish can leave yellow stains, but are they damaging to your nails? I usually have black nail polish on all the time, so I'm just wondering.
Does nail polish damage your nails?

Reply:they arent really damaging your nails but its best to leave a bit of a gap between painting just to allow your nails to 'breathe' also using a vitamin enriched base coat gives your nails a protective layer and are less likely to stain : ) x x
Reply:you really should take it off for a few weeks to let your nails recover
or else the stains could be permanent
you really don't want that
leave em for a few weeks , have em painted for a few
