my friend says that if you put nail polish on your phone it could be used as a cheap and cute cover for your phone and can be removed with nail polish remover. Does this really work?
Does Nail polish on your phone ruin it?
I know a person whose daughter coated his mobile with red nail polish 2 years ago, he is still happily using it.
Reply:Covers are made out of cheap plastic - nailpolis contains and nailpolish remover contain a high concentration of alcohol based chemicals - IT WILL EAT your phone, even the gas of an open remover bottle near the phone can do some pretty bad damages - my wife's phone is real proof to that
Reply:nail polish remover is a very good solvent i.e. it can dissolve things very easyly. so when you will be cleaning your phone the chances are very high that the surface of plastic casing will also dissolve and will give ugly looks to your phone. even then want to try, try it on some other plastic product first.
