How can I thin my nail polish out without ruining it? I don't want to change the composition by adding water, but the nail polish thinners sold at beauty brands are very expensive. any ideas?

Nail polish remover is the best, and, no it does not keep the polish from drying. Just add a bit to the polish bottle and when it is managble for you - success!!

Reply:A couple of drops of nail varnish remover should do the trick and will not ruin your nail polish. Some people also beleive that kepping nail varnish in the fridge helps it go on more smoothly.
Reply:You can add a tiny bit of nail polish remover and mix thoroughly.
This will not interfere with the drying process. Also, keeping nail polish in the refrigerator seems to extend the life of it without thickening.

try this once you have dipped the brush in the nail varnish brush extra bits off against the side it will make sure that there isn't to much on the brush

Reply:Yes you can add nail Polish remover.. it works.. it helps thin out the polish.. Do not use water it wont mix and will make the polish clumpy.
