Will nail polish remover damage my paint?

i got a krazy glue spot on my car, a few people have suggest nail polish remover. I don't want anything thats going to damage my car's paint job. Other suggestions have been goo gone, bug and tar remover, mothers clay bar, nail polish remover, and soap and water. What do you think will work?

Will nail polish remover damage my paint?
I wouldn't use nail polish remover. I would try some WD-40 spray, if that don't work I would go to a automotive store and ask for their advise. Good luck!=)
Reply:can not add much more than cliff, but i would go to a good body shop they will know more than auto store
Reply:Do NOT use it. It will cause the paint to crack and buckle and then larger pieces of paint will start to peel off. Do NOT use nail products on your car paint. An auto supply store will have what you are looking for and not for much money.
Reply:If I had gotten glue on my car I would use a razor blade and lightly shave off most of it..then use a little wet/dry 400 %26amp; 600 grit sand paper...then buff with compound. Now...since you obviously can't do this...take it to a Paint %26amp; Body shop and have one of them fix your problem before you really mesh thoings up and cost you even more to fix it.
