Goopy nail polish???
To prevent it, you have to use it up soon. To fix it, added a couple drops of nail polish remover inside the jar and shake. It will thin out the goops.
Reply:just add water
Reply:Add a little nail polish remover to help thin it out, but you will lose some shine. So make sure you use a top coat to add the shine.
Reply:sometimes when nail polish gets too old it gets goopy so try to use it up within 3 months. or i have all ways heard that you can put water or a little bit of nil polish remover then shake.
Reply:You can add a little nail polish remover and then the nail polish with go back to normal.
Reply:Add a very little nail polish remover into it. Too much and you lose the gloss.
Reply:Usually the cheep kind of nail polish is worse quality. If you shake the nail polish container a lot, it gets more full. It helps stirr up the mixture more, so it isn't gooopy.
Reply:its bcuz u must close the top on tightly..
Reply:Go to a good beauty supply store like Sally Brent. They sell nail polish thinner and it brings back old polish to a brand new consistency. I have used it in 4 month old polish and it went on like I had just bought it. You can't buy it at a drug store or in a department store though.
Reply:Geez, don't add water. I put mine in a cup of hot water, it'll make it nice and smooth.
Reply:try rolling the bottle ( not shaking it) between your hands. this remixes the polish without cuasing bubbles. also dont store in the fridge. this speeds up goopy! room temp is best!
Reply:The only thing that I do to fix this is mix a bit of clear in with the other polish, the color stays the same but it wont be as thick.
Reply:To prevent it, put it in the refrigerator
Reply:i think that u just shake it... easiest solution i can think of
